Ingredients:
•Baked Chicken Parmigiana•
Chicken breast, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Flour
Eggs + water , beaten (dip here after coating chicken breast with flour)
Breadcrumbs (after dipping on egg wash, coat with breadcrumbs)
*bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, flip in between
*remove from oven, top with tomato sauce or any spaghetti sauce, then add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, bake at 230 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until cheese starts to turn golden brown
